These terms and conditions establish the acceptance of the appointment scheduling service through the mobile application «MedexLab App», hereinafter “the application». H&H BUSINESS LAB S.A. DE C.V. with fiscal address at Chihuahua Street, Number 10, Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, Zip 06700.
SERVICES
The patient will have at his disposal the generation of appointments through «the application». The services offered are subject to laboratory availability.
The test will be carried out only in the laboratories of H&H BUSINESS LAB S.A. DE C.V. certified and recognized by the health authority, which will be the only ones that the patient will find in “the application” for the selection of the location.
The prices and services shown in «the application» are subject to availability by laboratory.
The prices of the services offered through «the application» may vary by laboratory, date and hours of operation.
BOOKING RECORD
As a first step in the registration of the appointment, the patient must read and agree with the protocols of care in the laboratory, as well as declare to have read and given their consent to the performance of clinical analyzes.
The patient should ensure that they record their personal information as it appears on their identity document, as well as contact details (email and number) to communicate with the patient if necessary. If the data entered is incorrect, a change must be requested directly in the service module and / or through an email sent to the address resultados@medexlab.mx
If the appointment to be made is not for the person who is filling out the form, it is very important to fully verify that the data is correct, as well as provide an email address and a contact number of the person to whom the studywill be carriedout.
It will be the responsibility of the patient to ensure that he or she can attend the laboratory he or she has selected for clinical analysis.
ATTEND TO THE LABORATORY(APPOINTMENT DAY)
The tests will be carried out in a space set up for that purpose with the appropriate supplies and characteristics.
On the day of their appointment, the patient must locate the corresponding laboratory.
The patient must go to the laboratory with the safety measures recommended by the health institutions, in addition to complying with the following indications:
Not having consumed chewing gum for at least 2 hours before taking it.
Not having consumed alcohol, tobacco and / or illegal substances, whether psychotropic or enervating on the same day of taking.
Not having taken medication 3 days before today. (Antivirals, antibiotics, or nasal grooming sprays.)
If you are taking medication, it is important to specify the name of it.
It is mandatory to go with a mouth covering.
It is important to present itself with the appointment confirmation number generated through «the app».
It is of the utmost importance that the patient comes punctually on the day and date selected for his appointment, arriving at the laboratory in a suggested time of minimum of 5 minutes in advance. This in order to avoid a congestion of people at the place of sampling.
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be carried out in person at one of the branches of H&H BUSINESS LAB S.A. DE C.V.
For appointment care, the patient will have a maximum tolerance time of 5 minutes. After this time, you can be given care based on the availability of the laboratory and staff.
PERSONAL DATA
1.- The patient is aware of the information provided through «the application» and accepts that it is used to be shared with the corresponding health authorities for statistical, preventive and security purposes. Our comprehensive privacy notice can be consulted at www.medexlab.mx.
2.- To make use of «the application» the patient must read and press the «accept» button the terms and conditions, as well as the privacy notice.
USING THE MOBILE DEVICE’S CAMERA IN THE MOBILE APP
In the event that the applicant for an appointment for the clinical analysis application requires some correction in their personal data, they have the option to, through the camera of their mobile device, take a photograph of their identity document and upload it to the mobile application.
For the information generated through the camera, its treatment is reiterated in the same terms contained in this notice.
The use of the camera of the mobile device is completely optional for the applicant.
BILLING
The tax receipt must be requested on the day on which you made the payment of the respective study.
The patient must ensure that he has at hand the ticket provided in the laboratory and his RFC key at the time of generating his tax receipt.
